STARS Water Center Accompanies the Program “TVU Students Joining Hands for a Green Environment”

Recently, STARS Water Center accompanied the program “TVU Students Joining Hands for a Green Environment”, featuring a range of practical and meaningful activities that helped promote a green lifestyle and raise students’ awareness of environmental protection and plastic waste reduction.

Within the framework of the program, students actively participated in various activities such as green check-in, exchanging recyclable materials for gifts, and engaging in a discussion with Dr. Tran Thi Ngoc Bich – Director of STARS Water Center. Through practical sharing and real-life insights, the program helped students gain a better understanding of the harmful impacts of plastic waste, the importance of waste sorting, collection and recycling, as well as the role of each individual in building a green, clean and sustainable campus environment.

The program provided an opportunity for students to enhance their sense of environmental responsibility while encouraging practical and familiar actions in daily life. Each recyclable item collected and each small action taken contributes to positive changes, moving toward a more civilized and sustainable community.
